Hi, I'm Kriselys. A proud Orlando local, wife, and mom of three amazing kids who inspire everything I do. Family is at the center of my world from cheering at baseball games and volleyball matches to making sure my youngest gets to enjoy every "little girl" moment at soccer preactices. I wear a lot of hats - Licensed Real Estate Broker at SERHANT, Loan Officer, Real Estate Instructor, Notary, and Insurance Agent - but what truly sets me apart isn't just the licenses. It's the way I guide people through one of the biggest chapters of their lives with heart, honesty, and strategy.

 

With more than 20 years in sales and over a decade in real estate and lending, I've learned this: nobody wants to be "sold." People want to be understood. As a mom, wife, and homeowner myself, I get what buying or selling a home really means. It's about creating stability, building memories, and investing in your future. That's why my approach is simple listen first, guide with care, and make the process as stress-free (and even exciting!) as possible.

 

As the founder and team lead of The International Group at SERHANT, I bring a multicultural perspective and bilingual advantage (English, Spanish, and some Portuguese). My mission is to serve both local and global clients, bridging cultures and making sure every client feels seen, heard, and celebrated throughout their journey.

I love creating digital guides to educate first-time homebuyers, mentoring other agents, and sharing relatable tips on social media to make real estate feel less intimidating.
